We will advertise your property in the local Multiple Listing Service reaching thousands of Realtors®, as well as multiple rental advertising channels. We will work hard to find you a well-qualified tenant and make sure that your property is properly managed.

We will manage your property by performing the following:

• market the property through multiple websites
• find and screen a qualified tenant for long-term rentals
• prepare and execute the lease
• perform move-in, mid-term, and move-out inspections
• collect rent monies
• collect and hold the security deposit in trust account
• disburse monies to the owner monthly by direct deposit
• coordinate all maintenance during and after tenancy
• respond to any and all tenant communication
• regular exterior maintenance performed on houses per request
• recommend maintenance items that may need attention in the future
• recommend trend setting enhancements to yield higher rental income
• eviction filing and court appearance coordination
• debt collection coordination
